Yes, there will be a new one at Disney's Animal Kingdom, right at the
entrance.  You'll be able to dine at it whether you are inside or
outside the park (so no admission ticket is required to eat at it).
The one at the Marketplace will stay there.
The new one will open up at sunrise -- yes, even if that happens at 6 AM! --
as I hear that park will as well.  I wonder if any other Rainforest Cafe
serves breakfast?

I frankly have never had a *bad* meal at any of the restaurants at WDW.
I've had some that were just okay, but never a bad one.
