  There's a lot of confusion on this point, and it does seem to be due
  to variations across continents, yes.  I believe that DevCon is now an
  annual subscription in most places, yes.

  The glossary really needs an update, but I'm so busy writing OS/2
  programs I don't have the time to do it.  (-:
