1) Yes.
2) Get a book on C++ programming, and another book on OS/2 programming. 
(The OS/2 programming books assume you know C/C++ first.)

We'll know after windows 95 is released.  We're hoping we don't have to
wait much longer than the turn of the milennia for that to happen.

Right now the industry is collectively holding its breath waiting to see if
microsoft can do better than windows NT.  The industry is collectively
turning blue, actually.
