That's when he's whipped into a corner of the ring, and flips over the
top rope, landing on the apron; he usually then follows it up by running
to the next corner to his left, climbing the ropes and leaping at the
opponent. However, when he's a heel, he usually gets closelined while
running on the apron.
The last time he tried the flip (a few months ag), he was so slow and
sloppy that I doubt we'll ever seen him attempt it again.

Yup; the WWE web site said that she bit right through her tongue.
