     Justice documents issued by the Attorney General's Office 
     ordering the confiscation of "Assault Weapons" as defined by 
     the Roberti-Roos Act that were legally registered under the 
     previous administration. 

     See scanned images of the documents distributed by the
     California Department of Justice to all Law Enforcement 
     Agencies.  Read the letter being sent to LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS
     who REGISTERED THEIR FIREARMS after the 1992 deadline,
     and who are now being told to not only turn in thir guns, but
     they "may be subject to criminal prosecution" - PROSECUTED FOR
     WEAPONS THAT WERE APPROVED *AND REGISTERED* UNDER THE PREVIOUS

     magazines.  Now thay are revoking the registration of the 
     firearms OWNED AND REGISTERED BY LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS, calling 
     them "assault weapons" and THREATENING FELONY PROSECUTION.
