You can still feel happy about it. Here in Argentina (South America)
the DevCon is *really* hard to get. After asking for several months,
IBM Argentina finally agreed to bring the DevCon, but is charging us$
600 for the subscription, and no other foreign IBM wants to send the
CDs to my country. :( So much for OS/2 support...
