    Personally, I think it should quit.  I didn't receive anything in Jan or 
Feb, then my pal caught up and got Jan/Feb/March caught up in March.  Now I 
haven't received anything since then.
    I know how hard it is.  I too have sent late packages, but have sent 
them. IT's discouraging for me to continue to send and quite honestly I 
forget about it since I don't receive packages.
    I know I sound bitter, but I'm not.  I just am discouraged.
