We were talking about Chevy's. The GTO's had 3-2's from 64 to 67. I only
remember one year, maybe two for the J2 Olds, 57 and 58. Pontiac was
experimenting with 3-2's about that time too. They also had the Rochester
Fuel Injection in 57 and maybe 58.
If you want to get into a pissin contest over factory 3-2's, there was also
the 6 pak 340's and 440's over at Dodge, 1970-72. By that time, everybody
else had wised up to the fact that a single 4 barrel was good enough for the
street. Not to mention the EPA's new stance on smog controls on cars of the
day.
