I think he retired shortly after the WWE in its' infinite wisdom split 
up the APA.

RTC was quietly split up?

I don't know what happened, but wasn't that also his last NOAH tour? 
Vader later showed up for a shot (or more) in NWA TNA and signed with 
the quickly-going WJ
