    You cannot ignore the reality of biculturalism in Canada.  
    Anyone wanting to see how "multiculturalism" here will end up should take 
a trip up there.  My former rabbi is now in Toronto and he tells me that the 
Quebecois not only wanted and got parity, but that they lord it over all 
non-Francophones in Quebec: all signs on private businesses must be in French 
(even though both languages are official national languages).  He tells me 
that in a province in which non-Francophones are treated as second-rate 
people, anyone who is neither Francophone nor Anglo is treated even 
lower...inspiring the vast majority of Jews to have already left Quebec.
    That's the "paradise" bilingualism and multiculturalism will bring in 
America.  Newt Gingrich was right about it.
