  Not exactly.  In Blood, as you know, there's an "alternate fire" button.  
In Shadow Warrior, you press the weapon's number again to change.  For 
example, with the rocket launcher, you tap '5' once to select the "dumb fire" 
rockets, again to select heat-seekers (if you have the card to do so), and 
again to select the nuke (if you have that too).
