RW>That's correct. That's because I believe in personal
>freedom and individual rights. If I want to use a
>legal product that may kill me then the government
>should stick its nose up its a$$ and not into my
>business.
RT> And I agree 100% with you. But you should assume NO right
RT> to impose your activity on me.
When was the last time a smoker held you down and blew
smoke in your face? I have NEVER been required or
forced into a place where I had to breath smoke. Every
time I have had to put up with it was when I made the
decision to go into there.
You want to know what is the biggest trigger for my
asthma is in public places? Perfumes. So should we
ban perfume so I don't have to have it imposed on me?
After if it triggers an attack it could possible kill
me almost INSTANTLY, not in 40 years (or never).
RW>RT> It bothers me to. But when folks won't voluntarily police
>RT> themselves, what other alternatives are available?
RW>And where do you want this involuntarily policing of
>the public to stop? Tobacco today, red meat tomorrow,
>all meat the next day . . .
RT> It shouldn't stop until the problem stops. It has nothing
RT> to do with whether or not you want to eat red meat. It has
It has every thing to do with red meat and alcohol and
everything else that "they" think is bad for you.
"They" have already said that after tobacco they want
to ban alcohol because of the health effects and the
'negative effects on society' it has.
RT> my face. When you quit exhaling in my space, I'll quit
RT> bitching.
And what is your space? Anywhere you want it but MY
space in only where you ALLOW me to have it right?
Remember: Freedom isn't Free!
