 Hi,
    My dentist told me that she had lost 40 pounds on the Dr. Atkins Diet. I
started it last Saturday and have lost five pounds so far and am not hungry.
Has any one tried this diet and were they successful. Most of all it is
dangerous. I am eating small portions of meat and very low carbohydrate
veggies. It doesn't seem bad.
