EMX, it is up to version .9 revision 4, I believe. (I actually don't have
the slightest idea, it is just the most recent that I've seen, so if you
see something older, that's a hint to move on.)

It is big enough that you don't want to download it if it is costing you
for the call and you certainly don't if you don't have a 28.8k modem. It's
on several Internet sites.
