Find a copy of Ray Duncan's _Advanced OS/2 Programming._ It covers
everything quite well except for PMGraphics and 32-bit API's. It is out of
print, so find a big used bookstore or a library that doesn't have overly
high late fees. :)

The version I have is for 1.1, and HPFS was released in 1.3. I would assume
that 1.3's edition would include information on HPFS.

Ciao!

I don't speak Italian. What's `niente?' I think I have the rest, though. :)
