If you're only programming for OS/2 then go for CSet++.  If you want to
retain the ability to write code for Win, Win32, DOS and DOS32 then look
closely at Watcom.  Both of these compilers produce pretty good code,
certainly better than Borland by a long chalk.

With regards to CSDs, I've found Watcom to be pretty good.  They sent
out a *free* bug-fixed replacement CDROM to all those who bought and
registered a copy of 10.0 and their upgrade pricing is *significantly*
better than that offered by IBM who seem to give very little discount
for those who are upgrading from a previous version of their product.
