It isn't just the Gallery. I have been drawn in to several digital
photography forums, which all collect into a single folder. I often wake up
to 30 - 50 messages there. One single message today, and very few over the
past weeks. Same with another forum that is so busy, that I often just
delete past messages en-masse if I get behind. I think people have other
things on their minds at the moment.

My strategy was to use the Gallery for single pictures and my web-site as a
place for tutorials and portfolios. Recently I have found it useful to have
an ever changing page where I can plug in single pictures easily. These are
generally pictures relating to discussions on the various forums, but there
are times when I post something recent just because I like it.

I recently addressed a new-media conference, and did a looping slide show
that was projected before and after my talk. It pretty much encompases my
whole life in photography. Most has never made it to the web, so over the
coming weeks, I can post some.

Funny, I am no longer actively hustling for business, mostly devoting my
time to my own projects. Spare time has vanished. My days have never been so
full.
