Uhhhh. No, they're 8x carrier freq ñ10.7 IF freq...actually 8 x 53.3625 =
426.9 - 440.300 = -21.4/2 equals -10.7? What they do with double 10.7 IF's
is beyond me.

These are 27 times carrier, or in this case, reciever freq...

PLL reference freq..

Unfortunatly, California repeaters are upside down from midwest repeaters. I
remember now, while visiting my dad in Illinois, my repeater frequency was
upside down from one where he lived. At first I wondered why I was hearing
someone on the input, but never anybody on the repeater..then "ping" the
light bulb lit up...My repeater transmits on 449.125, theirs was 444.125..
So, all of my junk box xtals would be upside down for you...sorry..

I *AM* 1:202/909, there or .10

Yes, it's mounted on a heavy brass plate that's worth more than the key
it'self...Unused since 1978, right after I passed my General...I'll see if I
can find it..
... An expert is a little drip under pressure!
