Dot, Nancy Bird was the coordinator of this exchange, but she is
rarely on this echo anymore.  What I, and several of the participants
that I have spoken with have agreed with, would like to see is this.
If there is anyone participating that has never won than they win.  In
this case there are two, so draw between them.  If one wins this month,
and the other participates next month and no other new ones do, she 
automatically will win for the next month.  If there are no winners,
than only those who have NOT won in the last six months are eligible.
If there are none of those, then exclude the ones that have won in
the last three months.  Make sense?  So this month you draw between 
the two newbies!  Good luck to both of them!
Oh, Doris is planning on making you a block, but hasn't gotten to it
yet.
