dedicated hookup .. why ? he can take unlimited dialup account .. local isp 
at normal flat rate and why u need dedicated hookup that costs you more ?

he was trying to make some IRC terminals via one line .. he cando same with 
unix box and 12 terminals .. same solution but no gui / problems with config.
