Hello ALL!
Seems that I may have inherited this exchange as Nancy Bird isn't 
around much these days (unless someone else wants to coordinate it).
So, I haven't been keeping my list updated (can't even find it right
now) of the winners.  So, can anyone help me with the last six winners?

Any and all help will be appreciated.
Since this echo has no participation rule like Sew-&-Quilt where you
must participate in the echo for two months before you can win their
block exchange, I would like to see that any newbies who join the 
exchange be given the right to win immediately.  If there are no newbies
that month than anyone participating who hasn't won in the last six months
is eligible to win.  If there should be none of those, than anyone who hasn't
won in the last three months is eligible.
What does everyone think?  Is this something everyone can agree to?
