MakeNL. Net, regional, and zone co-ordinators use it for nodelist
generation. It's in *widespread* use for this role, and until
recently was the *only* software package that did this. (I
understand now that David Nugent has written a set of programs
that are an alternative.)
That's the #1 reason why nodelist baud information is limited to
9600 bps.
