subject: Internet Capabilities

The Delphi 3 Developers Guide, at the start of both chapters 34 and 35, says
that "Delphi C/S (and presumably ONLY Delphi C/S) allows you to do Internet
stuff. Yet if, in Delphi 3 Professional, you open the application
Delphi3\Demos\Internet\Html\WebBrows, you sure come up with something that
acts like a simple web browser. Also, there is an "Internet" tab on the VCL
menu.
Can somebody please explain what is going on, i.e. what can you really do on
the Internet with which version of D-3 ?
