Hello All,
After some weeks of vacation and some weeks of fidonet-problems, my Sysop
changed his HUB and I can write again in 60S_70S!
Bought very much Prog in the past months, too much to describe it all, but I
would certainly want to mention the following:
* Tangerine Dream _Phaedra_ : At first this didn't strike me as much as
_Ricochet_, which has a very strong rhythm. But I grew into it, as I do most
of the time after listening a few times in the dark. Very hypnotic music.
* Yes _Keys To Ascension_ : Hmm, of course no Yes album can be bad, but KTA
is a bit... disappointing. I had expected more spirit in the Live album. But
still, the fact that it is Classic Yes Reunited (and Wakeman is out again
I've heard) is wonderful, and hearing these new 15-minutes pieces is
mind-blowing. The genius of these people is amazing.
Furthermore, a friend of mine talked me into a Fish concert next week in
Amsterdam (a 120 km drive, fortunately he will provide transport). After
hearing some Live Fish (Sushi), I really look forward to it, though it can
never attain the heights of a classic Marillion concert.
Oh, BTW, any changes to the rules? Progrock still the topic? It's just that
I've been away such long time, things may have shifted towards House 'n
Techno :-o ;-)
