     Hi Kathy!
I got it today! It's gorgeous and it does sparkle! Thank you for
the beautiful Friendship Star block. You have a natural talent for
putting the right fabrics together :)
Also have to thank you for the basket block (with butterflies on it)
and the 2 pinwheel blocks. Like I was telling Pat, it will be at
least next year before I start any of my exchange block quilts, so
I'm just going to enjoy playing with them :)

I, too, have this problem with my Triple Irish Chain. Have no real
great border ideas yet but they may hit me when I'm least expecting
them :) I really would love to see your quilt. Mine is done in
fabrics purchased for this quilt but our instructor for the course
I took to make it, did up a small double irish chain in scrappy
pinks and greens. It was beautiful so I would really love to see
yours as purple is one of my favourite colors too!
KO> That will be my maybe-September project - after the school clothes
KO> are finished & before the Christmas sewing starts. :)
Kathy, you must be so organized. I try to be by writing down the
projects I want to tackle at the beginning of the month. If I do
them, I can cross them off my list and if I don't want to do them
anymore I cross them off my list :)
I have to agree, that time flies between now and September and from
September until Christmas. I, too, have to start school clothes
and Christmas sewing. So onto some more inspiring pictures to get
     me going...
