It seems that I made a mistake last time so let me try once more:


I've got access to two versions of FTS-5.

One, which seems to be the first public version, is dated February 5, 1989,
internally within the document.

The other, labeled version 0003, is dated February 7, 1996, internally
within the document.

This suggests to me that there may at least have been one public version in
between. Probably labeled version 2 or something similar.

I would appreciate any information about where I can find that document. As
a matter of fact any information about it at all - it's existence, it's
non-existence, when it was published etc.
