I don't remember ever seeing/hearing anything about carrying in a business
that was posted being, in and of itself, illegal. The only thing that I've
heard is that if you're caught and asked to leave, and you =don't= or raise a
fuss about it, that they'll nail you for a disorderly conduct or tresspass.
FWIW, I was in Fiesta Mall a couple weeks back when I saw a large man with
his wife and 2.3 kids strolling into Sears from the mall entrance sporting a
full-sized Glock carried openly. As he was heading into Sears (which, like
all the anchors with external doors, is unposted) the security guys simply
informed him that there were no weapons allowed in the mall. All this as I
was sitting not 20 feet away with my Sig in my Galco fanny pack... :-)
