The Network Monitor already mentioned is available: 1. On W2k Server (to
monitor your network traffic only). 2. In Microsoft SMS (Systems Management
Server).

Option 2 can be installed on W2k Pro and can monitor traffic between any
computers on your network cable.

If you have W2k Server or SMS, you are set. Otherwise, you are looking at
Ethereal - http://www.ethereal.com/.
