One of the positive attributes about IBM laptops is that they are bringing
ut
drivers for NT support on all their lines, including those that are almost 3
years old. That's pretty amazing. One of their models uses the same chipset
you have and they issued a new NT specific driver for it (works quite well).
They cost more, but you get more -- provided your company pays the freight
nd
not you. :-) I'm truly amazed at how IBM has begun to arise to recognize
T.
They even have a special NT support group with a "recreation team". If you
have a particular problem, they will recreate your exact hardware/software
setup so they can duplicate and analyze your problems.
