subject: Ada Compiler!

Hello Russ!

I've just finished reading an article "Introducing Ada 9X" in Ada
Letters (1993). It is not a grammar but it explains the new concepts
with examples.

You can get GNAT Ada 95 for *free* (GNU Software)
via ftp from cs.nyu.edu in /pub/gnat.

   You need the following files:
      ~ gnat-2.xx-os2-bin-disk1.zip
      ~ gnat-2.xx-os2-bin-disk3.zip
      ~ emx09a-gnat-os2-bin-disk1.zip
      ~ emx09a-gnat-os2-bin-disk2.zip
~ unz50x32.exe (to unzip the files)

I've just finished installing the compiler this afternoon and I
successfully compiled the first example that came with the package.
By the way, it is recommended to install this software on an HPFS
partition. The readme said that it could work on a FAT partition but
it is preferable to use HPFS.

                                                           Marc Roy
