LE> I don't think so, and many among me.
CP> I do...:-)
Some has to...
LE> Yes, ISDN. That is not a regular modem, ISDN is quite another
LE> story. ISDN is still to expensive here in Sweden, above that there
LE> isn't so many that do have it, yet. No use flushing down money in
LE> the "lo", is there?
CP> Doubt if it's more expensive than what it is here in Greece,my needs
CP> made me go that way and I haven't regreted it.
CP> If you do long distance calls then isdn is the way to go and save
CP> money.
I don't think so. It cost to much money to upgrade my ZyX with a
adapter card for it and above that I do have to open a new line. The cost
for that ONLY could buy me two USR 33.6.
CP> If your calls a local then the speed you will gain is somewhat 15% in
CP> perfect conditions, but cost wise I doubt if anyone does gain anything.
I know that.
CP> It's your choice, but I think the people at ZyXEL will be making a
CP> v34+ someday or the other,so just be a bit more patient, and if you do
CP> decide to trade you ZyXEL for the USR Courier, and then if you do
CP> decide in the future to go the isdn way you will regret it! ( Lotta
CP> if's :-) )
If "if" didn't exist, "perhaps" should fall down from the wall. :-)
