Friend of mine started to try out Telemate For Windows.  He's
       using Windows For Workgroups 3.11.  Everything was fine for about
       10-days....then he loaded some Educational Software for his
       children.  When he went to load Telemate he gets a "This
       Application Needs A Newer Version Of Microsoft Windows."
       Checked around and someone said his Educational program may have
       over written one of his files with an older version that Telemate
       checks.  What file would that be?
