That name is configurable, so you can change it.
The long-held standard was "00index" (no extension) and FTP clients (e.g. FTP
Explorer) would automatically detect and use the contents "00index", I'm not so
sure if they would recognize/use 00index.txt, but it's worth a shot. Anyway,
please feel free to experiment and let us know what you find!
