Form the main menu bar, select Tools/Options/Modem/
Then select the modem setting you wish to change and click the "Change"
button on the right side of the dialog box.  A dialog box will pop up
showing init strings, baud settings, and other nice stuff.  In the
middle of the box is a spot labelled "Dial Time," then one labelled
"Redial pause."  Change your settings there.
