You're lucky to have such understanding neighbors and such unrestrictive
CCRs. An association and/or CCRs were high on my list of absolute "don't
wants" when we were house shopping last year. I'd've kept renting until I
fould what I was looking for.

I'll =never= forget the first time I ever saw my dad do it. I was about 9 or
