He was lucky to have a long career with that much excitement!
 
Nothing like the sound of an aircraft coming apart around you!
 
Now those tent-hangars from WW I days, I used to have some pictures of
them on the Western Front: one good reason to be thankful that I wasn't
alive back then. That was one war that I am happy that I missed.
