Aren't cops REQUIRED to carry ID at all times? I hate
to say it but if someone claiming to be a cop but
couldn't produce an ID and with no emergency clearly
visible tried to take my car he might wind up in a
rather large furball.

My scanner has helped me miss more accident caused
traffic jams than my CB. For one thing I can hear
about it from a long range because the police radios
aren't limited to 4 Watts.
