Yes, but ETPM 5.51 was/is not part of Warp.  That was my original
problem; I had "blown away" epm.ex and was trying to recreate it
with a pre-Warp version of ETPM.  Didn't work.

upgraditis - neat word. I did not ask for a EPM 5.51a upgrade, it
came with Warp.  I'm asking that the support program, ETPM, be
distributed with it also.
