 the bbs-scene people keep on top of that.  Been running for quite a while
as you need to have a log in, it does stop some spam.  ie if pepole were
spamming a lot from my BBS it would be up to me as a sysop to restrict
access to the door to people who have been verified.

   treat it much the same as i do fidonet access.
