I need some advice about OC sprays.
First off can anyone tell me if there is a good spray
sold in the US that is labeled as dog/animal repellent?
I have a couple of friends who work for a company which
forbids them to carry "weapons" and they some times
have to travel to the great white north where OC is
illegal as a self defence spray but if it is not a
weapon but an animal repellant it treated different.
Also I have never had to use OC against anything but a
rather angry beagle (yes the little dog) so I'd like to
know where you stand on the great fog vs stream
delivery system debate.  Each has its pros and cons
some I'll list below so you can commit.
STREAM PRO:    it is less likely that some of the spray
               will be blown back in your face.
STREAM CON:    you have to aim carefully to hit the
               face and the stream can be blocked,
               somewhat, by covering the eyes with the
               arm.
FOG PRO        you don't have to aim as careful the
               'cone' of fog will almost insure some of
               it being inhaled or reaching the eyes
FOG CON        there is a greater chance of getting
               some of the spray yourself
