If I get my passport, I'll have to visit Anchorage.  I've spent a fair bit
of time in the SouthEast and a few days in Fairbanks but have managed to
miss Anchorage.  It's time for me to mend my ways.

And I don't think your local government will move you back there unless it
needs a tourist office and I don't think even we have one of those.
