I too can find it at numerable non-Australian web sites. I cannot find it
in the official lexicon of the Australian language, nor any actual
Australian using it in that manner.

Of course, I haven't asked all 20 million Australians yet - but I'm getting there...

It was one hell of a lot easier to find internetional use of "USAian".
