It's just the FT-101, no letter suffix.  I am not going to sell the
spare final tubes separately unless I sell the rig first, without them.
Do you want to buy a spare rig?  It is likely that mine is in better
shape than yours, certainly better than most.  It's clean, and the only
wear on the panel is a slight amount of paint off at the power switch.
All lettering clear and unsullied.  The whole thing looks great, almost
new looking.
 
I bought it for my daughter, who finked out and only got herself a no
code tech license so she can't use it.  I only put it on the air once
and worked Hawaii on 20 m SSB so I guess it works okay.  The power
meter shows plenty of output, and it seems stable.
