words.  He clearly implied that if we allow citizens to
be armed we would be back to the times of "mob rule and
vigilantes".  That is just a backdoor way of saying
that the citizens are to stupid or incompetent to be
allowed to carry firearms.

Check the JPFO web site if you have I-net access.  I
currently don't so I can't get it.
But even is the quote doesn't stand (like a lot of
famous sayings) the facts do.  Hitler instituted
universal firearms registration and then used these
records to remove the guns from the citizens.
