We provide assistance to several assistance companies, but Europ Assistance is
the largest; also:

AXA
GAN
Mondial

They all operate with us about the same -- they send us a fax or email
detailing a new case, with their file# and our initial
instructions/authorization. . .

Then we do whatever it is they ask of us -- pretty much we only operate in
Canada (& a bit in USA). . .

We're asked to handle the issues relating within our borders. . .
