Got it! It's safe on my HD, edited into a single file, and will be
relayed to our local jammer-hunting coordinator (when he gets time to get
it).

Strange thing happened about a week ago, though. I happened to be
listening around to out of town repeaters, and I heard someone local
trying to jam a conversation on the OUTPUT of a machine perhaps 40 miles
away. It obviously wasn't bothering them ome bit, so I switched to
simplex and said something like, "You aren't bothering them one bit, but
you are sure showing YOUR stupidity. This is KB9QPM, and you don't have
the GONADS to give YOUR call!" Amazingly enough, not only did that
jamming attempt stop instantly, but I haven't heard any on the local
machines since then either! Maybe it was enough of a shock to him/her/it
enough to pound a little sense into their thick skull! I doubt that it
cured the problem perminantly, but we can always hope. Actually, I would
prefer it if the person were known, at least to one honest person, because
that would hopefully make them think twice the next time they decided to
start playing again... something like: "I'd like to jam K9ABC talking with
K9DEF, but K9XYZ caught me before, and if I do it again I'll be the prime
suspect, so maybe I shouldn't do it."
Mny tnx agn!
