LK>> One problem that might crop up is that your franchise might be pulled

SG> Out here, Denny's is claiming to be removing their signs -
SG> though I haven't checked yet. Same as several other notable
SG> chains.
SG> Sounds like the non-posted guys won, sort of.
SG> As a more explicit example, our local Blockbuster Video
SG> (and Blockbuster Music) never did post. When the national

SG> You can argue about boycotting local stores if the national

SG> our side. It is nonsense to boycott someone who is actually
SG> on our side, regardless of the national chain's policies.
SG> So at least try and make sure that you aren't hurting your
SG> friends before you boycott an unposted store.
Oh, I agree with you about patronizing stores that are either pro or neutral
on the gun issue. One particular chain that irks me, though, is Wally World.
The WalMart closest to me is posted, on one door anyway, and one which I
don't use :-), while the next closest one isn't. Grrrr! Yet Sam's Club
(the warehouse side of WalMart) is neutral to pro. I actually had one of the
check-out guys ask me how I liked my Galco Escort fanny pack that my Sig 226
resides in as I was leaving the store. Was very refreshing, I must say. :-)
