Noticed a comment from someone (Judith?) regarding Rational Recovery etc. 
There
is also SMART (can't remember what the initials stand for but it's similar to 
RR).
There is a mailing list (you can take it by e-mail or netmail) as follows... 
there is a human sorting the list out so just address a message to the 
postmaster or whatever to the following address to start receivingthe list.
