That's how I got it.  Upgraded TC++ 3.0 for DOS to CSet++ 2.1 for OS2. 
Contact IBM Direct for more information.  I do not know if they still do
it.

 PC> I didn't know that, I have BCOS2.  Does Watcom have a cross-grade plan?
