Watcom generally has an upgrade offer of the next upgrade being free, if it
comes out within three months after you purchased the previous version, but I
would phone them to see if that still stands, as that was their policy before
PowerSoft bought them.  Since then, Sybase bought PowerSoft, so who knows what
we're in store for.
